Married Durene Petersen, 1979. Farmer and livestock feeder in partnership with brother, Brian, since 1977. Member, Maquoketa United Methodist Church and Methodist Youth Fellowship leader. Member of Jackson County Pork Producers, past vice president. Member, Baldwin-Monmouth Jaycees. First term.
