Born in Decatur, Ill., March 29, 1945, son of Wade and Ruth Sullivan. Graduated Fox Valley High School, 1963. A.A., Centerville Community College, 1965. Served two years in U.S. Army. City councilman, Cantril, five years. Married Kyong Cha Pak, 1968; children: Christine and Robert. Member: Christian Church, American Legion and Lions Club. Second term.
