Lucas, Lucas, Clarke, and Madison Counties Republican. Born in Boone County, June 21, 1910, son of Jacob M. and Mary Florence Siglin. Attended school at Woodward, graduated 1928. Married Maxine Jessen in 1934. Three sons: Larry, Kynard, and David. Member United Methodist Church, Osceola. Church lay leader. Former member school board. Served on FHA Committee, State Advisory Board of the State FHA, Chariton Chamber of Commerce, president Lucas County Farm Bureau, Lucas County Conservation Commission and Toastmasters. Served one term in Iowa House of Representatives from Lucas County during 60th General Assembly. Presently representing Clarke, Lucas, and Madison Counties in 64th G.A., in the House of Representatives, 86th District.
