Davenport Scott County Democrat. Born in Bottineau, N.D., Feb. 25, 1947, son of Dr. Daniel and Mary Phyllis Bray. Graduated from Garrigan High School, Algona, Iowa, 1965. Attended St. John's University, Collegeville, Minn. B.A., University of Iowa, 1969. Presently second year law student at University of Iowa. Received honors at entrance St. John's University. Has written for the Iowa Advocate. Managed the Help Through Legal Education Law Program, Inc., (HELP), Summer of 1970. Invited to write for the Iowa Law Review.
