JACK A. ROONEY
Council Bluffs Pottawattamie County Democrat Born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, May 31, 1912, only son of Thomas A., and Frances Rooney. Graduated from St. Joseph's grade school and St. Francis Academy in Council Bluffs. Employed since 1937 by the Burlington Railroad Company. One daughter, Patricia Ann, is a junior at the State University of Iowa. Member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, and Order of St. Christopher. Serving first term.
