Ruthven Palo Alto County Democrat Arley R. Barringer, 59, born at Ruthven, moved to Montana in 1910 where he farmed and operated a garage. Since 1932 he has owned and operated a farm near Ruthven. He is married and has 10 children. He is a member of the National Farmers Organization, the Farmers Union and the Lions club. He was a member of the Ruthven school board for 11 years. He attends the Baptist church. Believes the Bible should be our guide in economic and political matters as well as in the spiritual field.
