Graduated from the University of Iowa in 1941 and entered the Army Air Corp. Was a First Lieutenant Navigator with the 8th Air Force in England. Discharged March 19, 1945. Graduated from the University of Iowa Law school, 1947, Began the practice of law at Ft. Dodge in January, 1948. Member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion and the American Veterans of World War II. Serving first term.
