Interested in hardware, furniture, general merchandising, lumber, coal, farming, and banking business for a number of years. Formerly secretary of Victor National Farm Loan Association. Practiced law in Des Moines with C. A. Robbins as partner. Now practicing at Victor. Member of Iowa County and Iowa State Bar Associations. President Victor Independent School Board. Member Capital Lodge A.F. & A.M., Des Moines; 32 degree De Molay Consistory, Clinton, Iowa. Member Methodist church. Married to Elsie Boss of Indianola, Iowa. Serving first term.
