Born October 25, 1820 in Indiana. Francis worked as a farmer, teacher, and the Henry County Treasurer from 1861-1863. Francis married his wife Sarah and had five children. After Sarah’s death in 1869, Mr. White married Eliza White. Records indicate that Mr. White also served in the Civil War starting in 1863. He eventually passed away on March 13, 1892.
