Farragut Fremont County Democrat Born on a farm near Cleveland, Ohio in 1892, son of Abram and Amelia Teachout. Educated in the public schools of Fremont county and a graduate of Western Normal College of Shenandoah, Iowa. Was married in 1916 to Vera Vickers. They have one son, Wendell, 20. Has been active in cooperative enterprises in his community. Chairman of A.A.A. committee in county for five years. Served as executive committeeman of Ninth Farm Bureau district. Member of the Methodist church. Engaged in farming. Serving first term in the legislature.
