SAMUEL B. CROUCH, farmer and legislator, died·at Sioux Falls, South Dakota, November 27, 1945; born in Grundy county, Iowa, October 14, 1883, a son of W. B. Crouch, who later resided at Storm Lake, Iowa, where he resided twenty-six years, removing to Hardin township, Greene county, Iowa, where he engaged in farm and afterwards in the oil business at Jefferson, Iowa; married Catharine Mae Hamilton; served as representative in 1933 in the Iowa House of Representatives, and afterwards removed to Storm Lake; a member of the Presbyterian church and the Masonic order, and is survived by the wife and one daughter, Catharine Ann.
