Ringgold County
Representative from Ringgold county, was born in Gentry county, Mo., in 1872. Received his education in the rural schools and Northwest Missouri Methodist college at Albany, Mo. Came to Iowa in 1890. Worked as a farm hand for some time. Taught school in the winter and farmed in the summer for eleven years. Was elected county auditor of Ringgold county in 1908 and served four terms. Upon retirement from the auditor's office he again took up farming. He is married and has two children, Howard Wilson and Ina Priscilla. Member of the Methodist church. Elected representative in 1922. Re-elected in 1924. Republican in politics.
