Charles Rollin Buffington
Mills County
Representative from Mills county, Iowa, was born on a farm in that county, April 27, 1864. With the exception of a few years spent in southern Idaho, has made that county his home to this time. After finishing the public school course at Glenwood and after some time in Tabor college, he farmed for a few years. He then engaged in banking and the retail lumber business for about ten years after which he returned to the farm, feeding live stock for market and doing general farming. A republican in politics.
