Born June 18, 1831. He was married and had six children. Mr. Rogers was a merchant and real estate dealer in Wheatland, Clinton County, Iowa. He was elected to serve in the lower house of the 13th General Assembly 1870 to 1872. He died November 2, 1870, and is buried at the English Cemetery, Wheatland, Iowa.
