Born August 30, 1828 in Tompkins County, New York and died March 25, 1900 in Bremer County, Iowa. Oliver married Ellen DuBois on December 19, 1855 in Ogle County, Illinois. They later moved to Bremer County, Iowa, where they farmed in Polk Township. Mr. Harrington represented Bremer county in the Thirteenth General Assembly, 1870.
