A pioneer of Furnas County, Nebraska died at the Ingleside asylum Sunday night and his remains were taken to Oxford for burial. Captain Lee was in his 85th year at the time of his death. He was a veteran of the Civil War and served in Company D of the 34th Infantry. He had been a member of the legislature both in Iowa and in Nebraska. He has four children living near Hyannis, this state. The deceased was well known to many in this city and county.
