Born in February 13, 1936 in Erfurt, Germany, and died in 1929 in Des Moines, Iowa. He married Mary A Hicks in 1870. They had five children. He was a merchant in Baltimore and was drafted on October 15, 1862. He was a lieutenant in the infantry of Company H, Regiment 8, of the state of Maryland. Mr. Graeser represented Ida county in the Twenty-third General Assembly. He was a Democrat in politics.
