Representative from Ringgold county, was born of American parentage in said county October 3, 1866. His father settled in Ringgold county in 1855. What education he has was obtained in the district schools. He was married in 1895 and since June, 1890, has been in the real estate, loan and brokerage business. Prior to that time he lived on a farm. Elected Representative in 1906, and re-elected in 1908. A Republican in politics.
