Was engaged in the grain and lumber business for ten years. For the last eight years has devoted his time to dealing in real estate and farming. Has for eighteen years continuously held the office of township clerk, town clerk, councilman and mayor. Was elected representative in 1912. Re-elected in 1914. A democrat in politics.
