Representative from Black Hawk county, was born on a farm near Raymond, Black Hawk county, Iowa, September 1, 1881. His parents were Lyman H. Bronson and Frances Butterfield Bronson who were pioneers of the state of Iowa and of English descent. Attended the country school, graduated from East Waterloo high school 1903. Established an insurance office in Waterloo in 1903 and has been engaged continuously since that date in the business. Was married to Miss Nina Wangler, October 6, 1910. They have one daughter, Esther Jean. Elected representative in 1914. A republican in politics.
