Representative from Adair county, was born in Adair county October 16, 1887. Graduated from the Adair high school in 1906. Attended college of liberal arts and college of law S.U.I. Practiced law at Adair since 1914. Entered the service August 27, 1917. Served as Lieutenant in air service until January 8, 1919. Married to Miss Helen Graham December 25, 1920. He is a member of American Legion, Masons and Knights of Pythias. Elected representative in 1920 and 1922. Republican in politics.
