Representative from Pottawattamie county, was born on farm in Pottawattamie county, November 8, 1891. Moved to Council Bluffs, January 1, 1900. Educated in Council Bluffs schools and graduated from high school in 1909. Attended the law school of the University of Colorado two years, from 1911 to 1913. Studied law in the office of Mayne and Green in Council Bluffs, was admitted to practice in 1914 and has been in the active practice of law since that time. Elected in 1930 to the forty-fourth general assembly. Is a member of B.P.O.E. and Masonic orders and Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Republican in politics.
