Representative from Wayne county, Iowa, was born December 24th, 1887, at Corydon, Iowa. He graduated from Corydon high school in 1907, and from the law department of the state university of Iowa in 1911. Married Louie Oneall in 1927. He is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, Masonic lodge, American Legion, and Methodist Episcopal church. Served three terms as county attorney of Wayne county. Engaged in the general practice of law at Corydon. Member of the democratic party.
