He has been a resident of Iowa since 1909, during which year he came to Davenport, taking up the study of chiropractic. Graduated from the Palmer School of Chiropractic and since that time has been connected with this school in an official capacity, as registrar and general manager. Also manager of radio stations WOC and WHO. Was married in 1910 to Hazel D. Johnson, at Winfield, Kansas; has no children. He is a member of all Masonic bodies and of the B.P.O.E. Elected representative in 1919, 1921, 1922, 1928, and 1930. A republican in politics.
