Representative from Clinton county, was born in Belle Plaine, Iowa. When two years of age he moved with his parents, Thomas C. and Mary E. Peaco, to Clinton county, where he has since resided. He was educated in the public schools of Clinton. Entered the service of the Chicago-Northwestern Railroad company when he was fifteen years of age, where he is still employed as a machinist. In 1899 he married Sadie E. Cook, a daughter of Robert E. and Nancy M. Cook. He is a member of the Christian church, a thirty-second degree Mason, and a member of the Eastern Star. Elected state representative in 1930 and re-elected in 1932 and 1934. A democrat.
