Representative from Woodbury county, was born at Pocahontas, Iowa, October 25, 1909. He attended Morningside college in Sioux City and graduated from the State University of Iowa law college in 1931, and he is now practicing law in Sioux City. He was president of the junior chamber of commerce of Sioux City in 1933, and received the nation junior of commerce distinguished service award in 1934. He is unmarried and a member of the Methodist church. Serving first term in the legislature. A democrat.
