Representative from Worth county, was born at Ackley, Iowa, July 29, 1886. Educated in the Ackley public schools and a graduate of the Highland Park college school of pharmacy, Des Moines. Married to Miss Amelia Halstad, August 18, 1915, and has three children, two girls and one boy. Is a member of the English Lutheran church and the Masonic order, including the Shrine. He is now engaged in the drug business in Manly, Iowa. Elected member of the house of representatives in 1934. A democrat.
