Representative for Pottawattamie county. Public school education and graduate of University of Omaha law school, receiving his LL. B. degree in 1921. He was an instructor at this university during 1922. Admitted to practice law in Nebraska in 1920 and in Iowa in 1921. He is married and has been a home owner and resident of Council Bluffs, Iowa, for twenty-six years. Engaged in general law practice at present time. He was city attorney of Council Bluffs, for two terms: 1926-1928 and 1932-1934. He was United States commissioner for the years 1924-1928. Serving first term in the legislature. A democrat.
