Waterloo. Representative from Black Hawk county, was born in Rochester, New York, July 23, 1909, the son of Jacob and Rebecca Beckler. Graduated from law school in 1931 and has been actively engaged in the practice of law since that time. Married Miss Jeanette Gertrude Roman, December 31, 1933. Member Sigma Kappa Alpha, honorary legal fraternity. Serving first term in general assembly. A democrat.
