Woodbury County Democrat. Born at Hawarden, Iowa; was educated through high school in the Sioux City schools and was graduated in 1906 from St. Clara college, Sinsinawa, Wisconsin. Married in 1910 to Frank A. Elliott (deceased) of Sioux City and located on a farm west of Bronson, Iowa. Mother of three children: Margaret (Mrs. M. C. Goodrich), Franklin, and Anne. Serving second term as representative.

Representative from Woodbury county, was born at Hawarden, Iowa; was educated through high school, in the Sioux City schools and was graduated in 1906 from St. Clara college, Sinsinawa, Wisconsin. Married in 1910 to Frank A. Elliott of Sioux City and located on a farm west of Bronson, Iowa. She is the mother of three children, Margaret, (Mrs. M. C. Goodrich), Franklin and Anne. Mrs. Elliott is now a widow of the late Frank A. Elliott. Elected state representative in 1936. A democrat.
