Clinton County Republican. Born at Clinton, Iowa, in 1884, the ninth child of Frederick and Hannah Bulow, early settlers. Educated in the Clinton public schools. Married to Catherine Hansen of Clinton in 1907; father of four children: Edwin, Genevieve, Harry, Jr., and William. He served upon the Clinton board of education, as mayor of Clinton, and for thirty years has owned and operated a barber business in Clinton; also employed by an insurance company. A member of the Congregational church and a Mason. Serving second term in the legislature.

Representative from Clinton county, was born in the city of Clinton 1884, the ninth child of Frederick and Hannah Bulow, early settlers, and educated in the Clinton public schools. In 1907 he and Catherine Hansen of Clinton were married and their children are Edwin, Genevieve, Harry Jr., and William. He has been a member of the Clinton board of education, mayor of Clinton, and for thirty years has owned and operated a barber business in Clinton; being also employed during that time with the Illinois Banker's Life Company of Monmouth, Illinois. He is a member of the Congregational church and a Mason. Serving first term in the legislature. A republican.
