Primghar O'Brien County Republican Born at Edgar, Nebraska, March 4, 1894. A resident of Iowa since 1895. Primarily educated in Sutherland, Iowa, high school, was graduated from law college in 1914 and after the World War and since 1919 has been engaged in the practice of law as a member of the firm of Locke and Lampman at Primghar. Served for 14 years as O'Brien county attorney. Married to Clara M. Hitchings of Sutherland, Iowa. Father of one daughter, Philippa Jean, 22, and one son, Stephen Craig, 19. Served 19 months in the U.S. Army Air Service during the World War. Member of Masonic, I.O.O.F., and K.P. fraternities, American Legion. Serving second term in legislature.
