Bussey Marion County Democrat Born on a farm in Marion county, Iowa, near Bussey, January 17, 1895, son of M. and Jennie Visser. Educated in consolidated school of Bussey. Engaged in farming. Married to Ruth Woodcock of Rockwell City, Iowa. Father of four children. Served in the armed forces of U.S.A. in World War I. Active in American Legion. Member of the Methodist church; also member of the Bussey Consolidated School Board. Serving first term.
