Albia Monroe County Democrat Born on a farm near Albia, Iowa, June 6, 1865. Educated in the public schools of Albia. Married Flora Lemley March 25, 1896, and has always resided near Albia. Has three living children, Silby, Fern and Opal. One son, Lloyd, deceased. Served on Monroe County Board for three years. Is a member of the Albia Church of Christ. Serving first term.
