Missouri Valley Harrison County Republican Born October 11, 1894, at Dublin, Ireland, youngest son of Andrew Wallace and Emily Frances Noble. Educated at Mountjoy school, Dublin. Attended Manitoba university law school. Served overseas as a fighter-pilot in the Royal Air Force, World War I. Married Eva M. Orr of Missouri Valley, Iowa. Associated with brother George C. Noble in paint and art business in California for fifteen years. Now living on farm near Missouri Valley. Attends Presbyterian church there. Member Royal Arch Masons, Order Eastern Star, Kiwanis and Harrison County Council of Boy Scouts.
