Dexter Dallas County Republican Born near Dexter, Iowa, January 30, 1900, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. S. Neal. Graduated from Dexter high school and attended Iowa State college. Has lived in and around Dexter practically all of his life. Spent fifteen years in the oil business and the balance of time farming. Married Zedonna Rawson of Algona, Iowa, September 3, 1927, and they have four sons, Rawson, Jim, Dick, and Craig, and one daughter, Emily. Member of First Presbyterian church, Masonic lodge, and American Legion. Serving first term.
