Everett A. Norelius was born in Kiron, Crawford County, in 1901. He married Lucile E. Quinn in June 1924. He was an attorney from Denison. He was elected for the Fiftieth Extraordinary Session in 1944 to fill the vacancy of Arthur C. Greene of Crawford County.
