County attorney for Guthrie county 1943 to 1948. Practiced law in Stuart, Iowa, beginning in 1941, and in 1945 moved to Guthrie Center where now a member of firm, Batschelet & Thompson, attorneys at law, and abstracters. Member Guthrie Center Methodist church, Gamma Eta Gamma fraternity, past president Guthrie county Young Republican league, P. M. Masonic lodge, P. P. O.E.S., P. G. I.O.O.F., P. P.
