A bill for an act relating to property taxation by making the assessment limitations of certain classes of property mutually dependent, limiting certain county and city property taxes in certain fiscal years, and requiring the state to pay any related property tax increases due to the state percent of growth for purposes of the state school foundation program, and including retroactive and other applicability date provisions.
