A bill for an act relating to sex offenders residing near or being present at schools or child care facilities, providing for real-time tracking of sex offenders, for publication of the address of a sex offender, establishing a tax credit for the purchase of an internet obscenity filter, and continuing the sex offender treatment and supervision task force.
