A bill for an act relating to tax revenues by increasing sales and use tax rates, by diverting a certain amount from the revenues generated from the increased rates to the natural resources and outdoor recreation trust fund and by using the balance of the revenues to provide a commercial property tax credit and including applicability provisions.
