A bill for an act relating to renewable energy, providing for state bank acquisition of equity interests in renewable energy production facilities, and providing for qualification for specified production tax credits by state banks and by owners or manufacturing facilities generating renewable energy for on-site consumption rather than sale, and providing effective and applicability dates.
