A bill for an act relating to the conduct and licensure of school employees by creating a criminal offense of sexual exploitation by a school employee, providing a penalty, authorizing the board of educational examiners to perform record checks at the applicant's expense, and requiring school districts and schools to report practitioner misconduct under certain circumstances.
