A bill for an act relating to taxation and fees by making changes to the state corporate and individual income taxes, the state sales and use taxes, certain use of revenues from the state sales tax, certain motor vehicle registration fees, assessment of property for purposes of property taxation, county and city budgets funded primarily by property taxes, school district budgets funded primarily by state and local taxes, state mandates funding, tax increment financing districts, local assessors, and property tax exemptions and credits, and including effective and applicability date provisions.
