A bill for an act relating to youth employment programs administered by the commission on volunteer service by establishing the Iowa summer youth corps and green corps programs, creating the Iowa summer youth corps account and making appropriations from the account, excluding certain payments provided to an AmeriCorps volunteer from state income tax, and providing a retroactive applicability provision.
