A bill for an act relating to adult persons with mental retardation or other developmental disabilties who pose a severe and persistent threat to themselves or others by authorizing creation of an expert mobile team and specialized treatment unit, establishing a commitment process for placements in the specialized unit, and including a contingent effective date.
