A bill for an act relating to the repeal of the local option sales and services tax for school infrastructure purposes by using the revenues from the increase in the state sales and use taxes for replacing lost school district revenues resulting from the repeal and for road construction, providing property tax relief, providing a penalty, and including an effective date provision.
