The Iowa Catholic Conference is registered undecided on the bill. Specifically we support two sections of Division II: Section 7, that requires publication of information regarding school properties, and Section 8, outlawing deed restrictions that would foreclose the possibility of selling property to another school. We also appreciate allowing schools to start earlier in the week after the State Fair.
