Even before this country was founded the art of making tools and firearms has always been embraced. This does not change wether an individual is a stable individual this does not change if someone is going through something and just needs help getting through it. This changes nothing. As of current legal proceedings multiple courts and the supreme court has deemed unconstitutional. So passing this is then immediate grounds for a lawsuit. Why waste tax payers dollars on lawsuits for an unconstitutional law, when they can actually be used for things the state actually needs. When politicians do what they want pass what bills they want ignoring the laws then we are steps away from tyranny. I know this because not only am i an educated man but a combat vet as well. So as i said before this unconstitutional bill will help and change nothing.

Any loss of liberty is an infringement! We must honor original intent and not inhibit any liberties of the second amendment! We know the gun grapplers want our guns! How many original colonist would have lined up at the public service building to received their special marking on their firearms? NONE! Please do not advance this bill! ATF is already out of line with many infringements! Dont add to their many overreach! Tax stamp is unconstitutional so is this bill!
