Citizen Engagement declares AGAINST SSB 3016. Cell phone usage should be covered under current distracted driving laws. There are many things that distract us while we drive eating, smoking, adjusting the radio, a screaming baby/child in the back seat. Are you going to make those things illegal as well? We elect Republicans to increase our freedoms!
